Fixed - The database upgrade has been reverted and OPAL6 is back running on postgresql-11. (10:33 UTC — Jun 14)

After finishing the upgrade of PostgreSQL on Opal6 we discovered some inconsistencies and we’re investigating further. (09:34 UTC — Jun 14)
